All information place on the SPARENITY website is confidential. We do not sell customer information. The eProcessing network Payment Gateway provides a secure link between our website and the merchant processing networks.

Shipping Policy

1. All orders are subject to a processing and shipping time of three days. This does not account for delivery delays which we have no control.

2. Shipping charges will be calculated by weight of purchase.

3. We will ship via UPS ground. Next day, Second day and Three Day select options are available. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-848-4772 to discuss these options. Be aware that if you are within a three-state radius of NC you are likely in a two-day ship zone.

4. If items are damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving otherwise we will not issue a replacement. We do not give refunds.

5. If items are missing or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment so we may quickly correct the issue. Our shipping employees use a TWO-VERIFY system to assure all contents of your order are included. Misunderstanding the contents of our products and website is not grounds for us to send or trade merchandise.

8. If you are ordering from outside of the USA please contact us by phone or email so we can determine the least expensive and easiest way to ship your order. You may also receive a 5% discount on merchandise.

Return Policy

1. Faulty or incorrect items may be returned without charge with notification and agreement.

2. Damaged goods must be noted and reported upon delivery.

3. We will not accept the return of open packages.

4. Items returned may be subject to a 20% restock charge.
