Happy Friday! Everyone can use a little pampering once in a while. Friday is the best day to rewind and relax from the busy week. Having a DIY pamper night is a nice and inexpensive way to spend the night in.

What is needed for a Pampering Night?

When it comes to pampering yourself, there are a few essentials and spa products that are needed. This could become a weekly ritual that you do for your self-care. To be even more creative, you can come up with weekly theme nights as well (skincare night, mani/pedi night, hair night, etc).

However you decide to set up your pampering night, here are some tips to make it super fun and relaxing!

What to do on a Pamper Night

  1. Get into something comfy
    You cannot 100% relax when you are still in your work clothes or jeans. Change into your favorite silk or comfy pajamas.
  1. Let’s get sheet faced
    Time to have a fresh face! First, put on your headband. Then take off your makeup and apply your daily skincare routine and then apply your DIY face mask. Once you have applied your face mask, gently apply our Facial Gauze Mask over it.
  2. Nails always on point
    Paint your nails your favorite shade of color!If you need to remove your nail polish, use Sparenity by Rayson’s mani/pedi wipes! After your nails are dry, finish your manicure and pedicure off with body cream for smooth hands and feet.
  1. Setting the mood
    Make your place smell like you just walked into the day spa. Light your favorite candle or put a delicious essential oil blend inside your diffuser.
  2. Time to “wine” down
    A relaxing wine or hot tea pairs well with your pampering night! Also, can’t forget little treats as well. Want to feel like a queen? Get little desserts or macaroons from your local grocery store!
  1. Turn on your favorite movie or show
    Whether it’s Disney + or anything on Netflix that you like, turn on your guilty pleasures and enjoy!
  2. Silence that phone!
    The last tip is to turn off the cell phone! Phones can be super distracting and cause stress. To get the full effect of relaxation, don’t check your phone for the rest of the night. Facebook and Instagram can wait until the next day, it’s not going anywhere. This is the time to rewind from your busy week and avoid anything that could cause tension.
